Choco is a black Sydney resident, with a Jamaican heritage, his parents having moved from there before his birth.

He is a long time friend of Miki and Phil's, and he and Haz click almost instantly. He still retains the nickname "Choco" he was jokingly given by the old group back before the massive pandemic.
In the words of Phil: "Saying you don't see race is stupid. Of course you see race, and it's a good thing. The problem is seeing negativity and inequality entwined with it. And that goes for all races."

A complaint of his is how well he fits the Jamaican stereotype; matching aspects such as being black, having long dreadlocks, a Caribbean accent, sometimes wearing Rasta/reggae-styled items, and being an occasional user of marijuana.
Of course, Philip also responds to this, by saying "Well, why do stereotypes exist? If a hardly noticeable amount of people fitted them, why d'ya think they'd exist? Now, I'm just going to go over... *Trails off while walking away, words such as "Lara" and "Miki" and "Wolf" and "tentacle" audible"*

Choco mainly socializes with Phil, Miki, Wolf, Haz, and acts as the guardian of June, a young child found my him and Lara before the two met up with the main group.
