Philip is pretty much the main person the series follows, allthough everyone gets broad airtime too. He assumes the position of leader for the group, having good leadership and judgement skills, helping him as the main tactician, organizer, and judicial ... person.
He's calm, smooth, almost who you'd look for in an assassin. He's also very philosophical, which tends to compliment his personality. He often describes the world through a harsh but clear view, showing the thinking that thrives in his mind. And hey, he's a Ruski, what more could you want?

A trained soldier from a quick spell, along with his lover Miki, in the Defence Force before settling in newcastle provided him with knowledge of weapons, vehicles, and more, making him an invaluable member of the team and a perfect tool for killing, even as his ideal position is as a sniper, working from affar even in active combat.
